Breakfast: 1 Pcs of Whole Grain bread with little bit KAYA + White Water + a royal Apple..
Lunch : 3 Apples + white Water + 1/2 of Moon cake( a moon cake's calories about 140kcl)
Tea time : A Green Apple+White Water+Spirulina biscuits (4 Pcs)
Dinner : 3 Pcs of whole Grain Bread + Apple Juice + White Water..
SIHAT KAN? Pg td da senang B***K da... laju je..mgkin effect dr apple yg kaya dgn antioksida..hee..
